Oasis Supported Living is our approach to housing and support based on the fundamental belief that adults with a learning disability, autism or other mental impairment have a right to lead their own life, to determine where, how and with whom they live and who provides them with support.
Our quality assurance processes, underpinned by the requirements laid out in our CQC registration and local authority frameworks, ensure that Oasis and all our community member strive for continuous improvement.
We are rated as GOOD with CQC and are one of a handful of regional providers to achieve an EXCELLENT PAMMS assessment.

Each of our services has a core support worker on site for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Shared core hours are an effective method of ensuring that an individual's assessed care needs are met.
As there is always a support worker on site, Core Support offers flexibility to an individual as to when they can receive their support rather than receive it at allocated times. It is also a good means of people accessing support on an as and when basis when needs arise, such as emergency situations or unforeseen circumstances.
Some people who live at our services may have assessed needs that are not able to be met by the Core Support and require additional individual support that is provided on a 1:1 basis.
These hours are separately funded and are dependent on a social work assessment of eligible need.
1:1 individual support could be required to support an individual with tasks such as shopping, attending social clubs and medical appointments, etc.
Personal care is support of a personal nature that is required where someone is unable to tend to it themselves by reason of age, illness or disability.
