We are currently seeking to add to our workforce.  If you are motivated, are new to the sector or are looking to further your career in social care, then please get in touch.  

We are looking for individuals with a willingness to learn, and a genuine desire to support individuals to achieve their goals. You will need to support and enable tenants to maintain skills and personal interests. We need you to understand the challenges of the role and want to be part of a dynamic team.

We have opportunities for full time contracts on a rolling rota, as well as evening, weekend, and individual hours to meet the needs of our tenants and your personal circumstances. Driving is non-essential but helpful.

We work with the local council and colleges to provide opportunities such as Apprenticeship’s, training programmes, and routes to professional development.
